I went to fitness practice today and it totally kicked my ass. I felt like I haven’t done any physical activity in weeks which isn’t true btw. I have two two hour rugby practices a week plus one one hour and a half of fitness a week. I also walk to work probably every day. However, I have not been to the gym in probably two weeks. SO I am going Wednesday. I guess if I got up at 6AM I could go tomorrow too. Maybe I will try for that. Today was just a kick in the ass for me. I need to get motivated to work out again. Because once I am motivated to work out, I get more motivated to eat right. I ate poorly today. I didn’t have breakfast, then ate OPA for lunch, then had a whole wheat turkey sammich for supper, then I snacked on pork when I got home from fitness. Bad life choices fo sho.
MUST GET MOTIVATED. PLEASE HELP TO MOTIVATE ME.

I still don’t know what’s wrong with me right now. I still am unsure about everything in my life. However at my rugby game yesterday, my coach made me player of the game and I was really happy. I liked that feeling. I tried really hard that game. I even got a black eye and sprained my finger! So I may be unsure of everything but I am going to get back on track and get back at the gym because I don’t know how else to make myself happy.
